"Originally, I was a little skeptical about the efficacy of this course. When approaching the exam for ITIL 4 Foundation, I ordered the textbook from Axelos and attempted to self-study via the information they provide. The content was dense and failed to help me genuinely understand the key points in a concise manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this course genuinely contains all the information you need to pass your ITIL 4 Foundation exam, and the style that information is presented is excellent. I am a native English speaker, so there is naturally a challenge when learning from an instructor who is not a native speaker, but the implementation of subtitles helped mitigate any issues I encountered with audio. I would highly recommend this course for any applicant who is seeking certification in ITIL 4 Foundation. I went through the course once, completed the two practice exams, and passed the ITIL exam with a 35/40 score.
